THE HOUSE PROGRAM

A little more clarity.

Practical details about plans, privacy, voting limits, and this storefront.

1. What exactly is Votelyra?
Votelyra is a voting platform concept for creating ballots, inviting participants, and presenting results. This storefront offers paid plan terms: checkout accepts payment for your selected plan term.
2. Can I buy votes?
No. Buying votes is strictly prohibited. One person, one vote. No vote buying, no manipulation, no impersonation campaigns. Organizers must not purchase participation, coordinate fake voters, or distort the outcome.
3. How do you prevent duplicate voting?
The product concept combines browser cookies with email verification to discourage repeat submissions. These are safeguards, not guarantees: cookies can be cleared, devices and email accounts can differ, and determined users may circumvent them. High-stakes elections need stronger identity and independent review processes.
4. Are results auditable?
Grand includes account activity audit logs and raw vote exports. These can help an organizer review activity, but they are not the same as independent auditing. Votelyra does not claim third-party audited results.
5. How does billing work?
Choose your plan, quantity, and number of months. Checkout charges for that selected term; it does not set up automatic renewal.
6. How do I activate my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, keep your order reference and email ceo@votelyraapp.com for activation support.
7. Can I vote offline?
No. Voting requires an internet connection so the ballot can be loaded and the response submitted. An organizer should arrange a contingency if venue connectivity is unreliable.
8. Which browsers are supported?
The experience is designed for current versions of major modern browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Keep your browser updated and enable JavaScript for the complete experience.
9. What are the differences between the four plans?
Curtain covers one poll and 100 voters. Stage adds five polls, 1,000 voters, more question types, live results, email invitations, and a custom domain. Drama adds unlimited polls, 10,000 voters, weighted jury voting, and five seats. Grand adds bracket rounds, unlimited voters, exports, audit logs, API, SSO, and fifteen seats.
10. Can I upgrade or downgrade?
The intended subscription model allows plan changes. A production billing connection would need to calculate and disclose any proration before confirming the change. Contact the merchant to change an existing plan.
11. How do I cancel?
The intended model allows cancellation before the next monthly renewal. A subscription remains active through the period already paid, subject to the Terms of Service. Contact the merchant for changes to your purchased plan.
12. What is the refund policy?
Read the Refund Policy and contact us with details of a duplicate charge, access problem, or refund request. Contact the merchant with your order number to request a refund.
13. How are voter emails used?
Voter emails are used only for the vote and never sold. They are intended for invitation and vote-verification workflows, not unrelated marketing or data brokerage.
14. How do advancement brackets work?
Grand supports multi-round structures in which selected entries advance and a revival round can return eligible entries to the contest. The organizer defines the round rules before voting begins and should publish them to participants.
15. How many team seats are included?
Curtain and Stage include one seat. Drama includes five seats. Grand includes fifteen seats. Seat counts are plan limits, not additional voter limits.
